Professional Staff
Rabbi Robert B. Barr, ordained by the Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, has been with Beth Adam since its beginning. He serves the pastoral needs of Beth Adam members and officiates at services and life cycle events. Rabbi Barr is an engaging teacher and leads our Adult Education and Bar & Bat Mitzvah classes.
Rabbi Laura Baum has been part of Beth Adam’s staff since 2006. She was ordained in Cincinnati in 2008 by the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. Rabbi Baum grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Yale University in 2001, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and with distinction in the Psychology major.
